we are looking to hire a technician, preferably with electrical background, to supervise and control the installations of our LED screen on the projects.
Currently we have a project in Vietnam that should be completed within 1months, and you will be stationed there for this period, but this job requires you to be flexible with movements and willing to travel to Asia, Europe, and the Gulf to manage and control other projects.
We will provide you with the necessary training to be fully capable of working with our products. You will be required to demonstrate, work, and carry out minor repairs, so a hands-on person is a priority.
• Previous experience technical work on industrial/ machinery, electrical background is a bonus
• To control and supervise installation of large size industrial LED SCREEN, involves spending time on projects with possibility of hand-on work as needed
• Knowledge to communicate with people and lead a team
• Willingness to visit any project in any location to understand, learn, administer, and supervise correct installation
• coordinate with project’s managers/supervisors to keep a smooth flow of work on projects and meet the work schedule
• To carry out administration work, Quality Control, commissioning and handing over of installations
• Maintain a proper, transparent, and professional communication between Clients, project’s team, managers, and NOVA OPTO management to ensure a high level of work is continuously dominant and satisfying the customers
• Attend to office and projects on time and in presentable manners and shape as you are representing the image of the company
• Liaise with all relevant contractors and/or departments on site in order to understand and solve any issues that might hinder the progress of the work.
• Travel to Europe, Asia, and gulf countries for the purpose of training, support and supervision of door installation
• Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office

Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.

Monitors and Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure including technical documents for Drawings, NCR, Notification of Inspection, Request to Proceed, Project Quality Plan, Inspection Report, Cold Work & Hot Work Permit, Method Statement, etc.
Responsible for making transmittal of all vendors submittals such as material submittals, shop drawings, method statement, etc. maintain original and electronic documents; check prints files and keeping all superseded revisions.
Maintaining Filling register of all various clerical jobs such as, shipping & suppliers’ invoices, letters, and incoming and outgoing, maintaining all files.

Ensure that latest revisions of the drawings/documents are available in place with proper index all the times.
Must have an experience of handling documents control
• B Com/ M Com/CA inter or equivalent
• Minimum 4 to 5 years proven experience in a similar position with a reputed organization.
• Sound knowledge in inventory management
• Excellent computer skills particularly MS Word and MS Excel. Should be extremely fast in typing and excel calculations
• Experience in finance & accounting software systems related to the industry
• Knowledge in Letter of Credit, experience in liaising with banks and external auditors
• Good mathematical skills
• Excellent communication skills with clients, suppliers colleagues
• Self-motivated to excel and learn different functions of the company to be able to multitask.

• Experience in import / export documentation (sea /air shipments)
• Familiar in making and applying different shipping documents

• Prepare invoices, delivery notes and other shipping documentation
• Timely follow up on shipments to ensure on-time deliveries to satisfy the customers and avoid out-of-stock situations
• Maintain up-to-date record on all current and planned shipments
• Ensure timely deliveries to the company customers
• Coordinate with the sales and order management departments to ensure orders are processed as per their requests
• Make contact to shipping Lines for Bill of Lading
• Applying for pre-shipment inspection and getting clean report of finding
• Coordinate all the time with different factories for shipments.
• Manage and Schedule drivers and their deliveries according to priority
